After years of therapy
I know myself pretty well…
thus
I shall pause and reflect as long as it takes
before I allow myself to react.
No tears
No panic
Well, I did have a few questions
but
other than that it is still
sinking in.
I’ll soon be 62 years old
almost made it to retirement
and now
things are changing
too much.
